A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall engage in sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment that causes a child to feel sexual humiliation.

Nevertheless, the Defendant committed abusive acts that cause a sense of sexual humiliation to children four times as follows.

1. On September 22, 2014, the Defendant committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, against a child, on the street in front of the bus stops in front of the bus stops in front of the 45 new apartment town, Gi-gu, Young-gu, Young-ro, Gi-ro, Gi-ro, Gi-ro, 18:15, on September 22, 2014, on the one hand, “I want to see it promptly.”

On October 13, 2014, the Defendant discovered that he walked a path to children K (n, 10 years of age), children L (n, 9 years of age) on the street by walking along the J elementary school that corresponds to the 'I veterinary hospital located in Heung-gu, Young-gu', G (n, 17:10 on October 13, 2014, and subsequently, the Defendant committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, against a child by showing obscene video with a cell phone in which he/she was in a sexual relationship.
