1. Defendant A shall display to the Plaintiff the attached drawings in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Underground D Station, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, respectively.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 17, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Defendant A for the operation of a specialized store (hereinafter “instant operating contract”) with respect to the size of 56.64m2 of the store in the (A) part of the ship connected each point, which is 56.64m2 (hereinafter “instant store”) in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, along with the indication of the attached drawings inside the (A), (2), (3), (4), and (1) of the attached drawings in the (A) of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant A operated the instant operating contract with the trade name “E” at the instant store from that time.

Section 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to promote increase in profit-making and to clarify the relationship between Cow Day Distribution and Partnership Contract in the operation of stores providing convenience and high-quality services to the customers using railroads in compliance with the operating system of Cow Day Distribution and all business regulations and this Agreement by a partner (the meaning of the Plaintiff; hereinafter the same shall apply) who operates a business in a railroad station managed by Cow Day Distribution (the meaning of the Plaintiff).

Article 3 (Definition of Terms) The definitions of terms used in this Agreement shall be as follows:

(1) Burial: A place in which a partner is selected as a commercial facility partner in the distribution of coachesday among commercial facilities in a railroad station and the sales of goods and other services can be provided.

(2) Daily sales: The total amount of cash sales, credit settlement sales (credit card, check card), and non-cash sales (all the amount of discount, credit card accumulation, discount, etc.) out of the total amount of sales generated during one business day at a store.

(4) Types of business: Services that a partner can operate in a store, and the types of business in a store shall be determined in advance by distribution in the store.

(5) General costs: The commodity cost, personnel expenses, direct expenses (electric power charges, water supply and sewerage charges, heating and cooling charges, gas charges, telecommunications charges, repair charges, business goods charges, card fees, etc.), and business profits necessary for a partner to operate shops.
