A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. No one shall publish any advertisement soliciting or inducing another person to buy sex.

3. Any person who conceals criminal proceeds shall be related to the acquisition or disposition of criminal proceeds.
