A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The evidence seized shall be forfeited from the criminal defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2009, the Defendant sentenced the Daegu District Court to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju Prison on August 28, 2010.

3. On August 2013, the Defendant, at around 20:0, administered 10 p.m. 1 p.m., in a non-f. 1 p.m. h room in Daegu-gu H, 2013, in a way that the Defendant injecteds the non-f.m. l. l. l. l.s. l. l.s. l.

4. On November 201, 2013, at around 20:0, the Defendant administered a stopopon per minute in a stopphone room in the same manner as that set forth in the preceding paragraph.

5. At around 08:00 on December 18, 2013, the Defendant administered a quantity of phiphones in the same manner as the preceding paragraph in the K Maur 603, which is located in theJ of Busan Metropolitan City.

6. On December 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) carried the philophone 0.2299g, which was acquired by an influenite method from Kel 603 located in theJ of Busan-si, Busan-si around December 18, 2013, in a way that the Defendant puts it into the Defendant’s bank.

1. At around 23:00 on October 11, 2012, the Defendant administered campon medication by means of dilution with approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine in the Mauron room located in Daegu-gu L (hereinafter “camopon”).
