A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

3,770,009 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional collection shall be reasonable.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

A. From 18:00 to 19:00 on the beginning of December 2013, the Defendant purchased Metepopa (one name philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) Mepopa, which is a psychotropic drug enclosed by a white paper, at the front of the large-name market located in Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu, and 300,000 won, and purchased Mepopa (one name philopon).

B. At around 22:00 on the same day as described in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) stored a part-time quantity of a philopon, purchased as described in the preceding paragraph, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) administered it in a way of injecting it into the body of arms, after dilution it with brupting it into a single-use injection machine.

C. On December 24, 2013, at around 23:45, the Defendant conspired to purchase philopon from E in front of a corporate bank near the Daegu Suwon-gu N, with E, and purchased the Defendant’s 1.50,000 won at KRW 1.50,000,000, at KRW 300,000,000 from E, and purchased the Defendant’s philopon flopon flopon flopon flopher at a white paper.

The Defendant, at around 23:55 on December 24, 2013, around 2013, in front of the Hanpoa Bank, where Hanpo-gu 1 located.

A half of the philophones purchased as described in the paragraph were delivered to E.

E. On January 2, 2014, around 20:35, the Defendant purchased philophones not less than KRW 300,000 to C within 705 of Q Hospital located in Nam-gu Pagu, Daegu and purchased philophones not less than 30,000 which are enclosed by the white paper.

F. On January 2, 2014, the Defendant is above Ma in front of a lot in the Daegu Suwon-gu, Daejeon-dong, on January 2, 2014.

Some of the philophones purchased like the entry in the port were delivered to E.

G. The Defendant, around 02:00 on January 4, 2014, within the extent of 215 the MaMobel, Daegu Suwon-gu Lane 215.

As described in paragraph (1), the quantity of philophones purchased in a single quantity was stored in a disposable injection machine for the purpose of dilution and administered by means of injection on the part of the arms after dilution.

H. On January 7, 2014, between 14:00 to 15:00, the Defendant, within the limit of 705 Qu Hospital located in Daegu-gu P, Daegu-gu, 0.1434g of philopon, around 19:50 on the same day.
