If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on May 19, 2012, the Defendant committed assault to D on the ground that there was no electric escape among the possessions by a correctional officer D, who was patroled in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City C 10 Dong 11, on the ground that there was no electric escape, and thereby interfered with the lawful performance of duties concerning the acceptance and management of a correctional officer in the performance of official duties by assaulting D, by walking the entrance door on a hand, walking along with the entrance, and walking off through a living room distribution method.
