Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on May 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim E (27 years of age) who was called out after receiving a report in a situation where there are several persons, such as the owner of the above main shop D, among the public entertainment bar located in Soyang-gu B, Goyangyang-gu B without paying the drinking value; and (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “this string, caring, drinking, and snowing,” with a large voice without any justifiable reason, as it continues to listen to various persons, such as the above D, in the situation where several persons, such as the above D, are seen as a large voice.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
