Punishment of the crime

1. At around 07:00 on January 10, 2013, Defendant P, together with A and U, instructed Defendant P to take advantage of the gaps in the “W” page in Gangdong-gu Seoul, the victim X, the customer, with the victim’s head, and then steals the victim’s right and wrong, with the victim’s head, with the victim’s right and wrong. A. At around 07:15 on January 10, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with U, purchased goods equivalent to KRW 132,100,00 at the Z convenience store operated by the victim S, Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased goods equivalent to KRW 132,10,00, such as tobacco 1 smoke, to the convenience store employees, and paid the amount by using the stolen card as described in paragraph (1) as if the Defendant had a legitimate right to use.
As above, the Defendant conspired with U to deceiving others, thereby deceiving others of the market value of 132,100 won of the above tobacco, etc., and used stolen credit cards.
B. On January 10, 2013, at around 08:33, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with U, purchased goods equivalent to KRW 174,900 of the market price, such as tobacco 1 cigarette, at AB convenience store operated by the victim T in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and paid the price by using the same new card as the Defendant had the legitimate right to use.
As above, the Defendant conspired with U to deceiving others, thereby deceiving others of the market value of 174,90 won of the said tobacco, etc., and used stolen credit cards.
C. On January 6, 2013, at around 05:55, the Defendant market price, such as tobacco, at the AC convenience store operated by the victim R on the first floor of a soup building.
