Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around 01:30 on March 10, 2015, opened a new card owned by the victim C who was parked in the parking lot of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was operated by the victim C; (b) opened a new card owned by the victim in the contact with the victim; (c) one cell phone charging machine for the vehicle; and (d) one cell phone charging for the mobile phone; and (e) theft.g., one SPB (USB).

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On March 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased tobacco and silver at a G convenience store operated by the victim F in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E around 01:52; and (b) presented a stolen card as described in paragraph (1) as if the Defendant had a legitimate right to use, and signed the sales slip on the column for signing sales slip member after having the victim prepare sales slip.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received from the victim the amount of KRW 20,200 at the market price of the victim’s possession of 40,200, and received from the victim 1.

B. Around 02:25 on the same day, the Defendant calculated accommodation expenses by making an accommodation with a new card, which was stolen by the same method as the above paragraph (a), and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 210,000,000, by making accommodation under subparagraph 302 of the above paragraph.

C. Around 02:43 on the same day, the Defendant purchased goods at a convenience store operated by the victim’s name in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, and settled with a stolen credit card using the same method as the above paragraph (a) and received a delivery of goods worth KRW 26,500 in total at the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to the total market value of KRW 256,700 through three times, and used stolen credit cards.
