Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has worked from the victim C, which is operated by the victim C in Seopopo City B, as an employee.

1. On December 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by deceiving the victim that the Defendant sent 3.5 0,000 won of the market value of the said gold bank kept in custody at the said gold bank to the customer at a low time; and (b) by disposing of the said medal owned by the victim to another gold bank at a low time; (c) committed a theft by deceiving the victim to the customer;

2. The Defendant, at a low time on December 29, 2017, with one half of the net amount of KRW 4 million equivalent to KRW 1.2 million owned by the victim under the foregoing method as above, thefted by having one half of the total amount of KRW 1.2 million owned by the victim, and one half of the total amount of KRW 8 million.

3. On January 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) cut off the Victim’s net gold 13 knife worth worth of KRW 2,800,000 owned by the Defendant using the said method as above.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's market price of 550,000 won with four precious metals over three times.
