The defendant is a person who drives a driver's vehicle B's lurged vehicle.

On January 15, 2015, at around 22:43, the Defendant driven approximately 5 km from the front of the Hanhwa Bio Life in the bottom of Busan, which was under the influence of 0.084% of blood alcohol level, to the signal crossing road located in the Gangseo-gu Busan, Gangseo-gu.
