At around 07:30 on May 1, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at a distance of about 200 meters from the vicinity of the Saak Town located at the lower end of Busan Sagu to the front end of Busan Sayeong-dong Handong-ro 183, Yadong-ro 183, Busan, under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.157%.
