On January 21, 2013, at around 23:50, the Defendant driven a car with approximately KRW 50,00,000, in front of the lower distance at the lower end of the city of Busan, under the influence of alcohol level of KRW 0.199%, while under the influence of alcohol level of KRW 0.19%.
