A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 6, 2014, the Defendant is a person with the record of being notified of each summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine in the same court on August 9, 2007 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Chuncheon District Court on January 6, 201, a fine of KRW 2 million in the same crime, and a fine of KRW 700,000 in the same court on February 6, 2007.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a passenger car.

On January 6, 2015, the Defendant, at around 16:10, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.083% of blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license, was driving the said vehicle while driving the said vehicle and driving the vehicle in the direction of the arm’s length square on the side of the after-door distance along the three-lane road in front of “E” located in Chuncheon City D. 2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) are 0.083% of the blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license, from the front of the restaurant of the “Cangwon” cafeteria located in the Dong-si scholarship of Gyeongcheon-si to the above “E” road.
