1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaged in driving a B-to-pur vehicle.

On January 23, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license on January 23, 2015, and proceeded along the two-lanes of the “DPublic Announcement Board” in Chuncheon City, along with the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the “D Public Announcement Board,” the Defendant was behind the victim E(70 years of age) driving.

The Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment due to occupational negligence.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver’s License) driving a vehicle from the Labor Welfare Apartment, which is located in the master’s zone in the city of Chuncheon in a temporary border, to the front road of the said Gowon, without a driver’s license.
