Punishment of the crime

around 23:40 on May 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) transferred 10 km rice, which was located in the display stand, from the “Emart” operated by the victim D in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul, to the bottom of 29,000 won at the market price; (b) concealed 10 km rice from the tent; (c) brought the said rice after diving; (d) however, the Defendant was dismissed from the victim and did not commit an attempted act.

around 20:30 on September 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim G in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, in the “H” managed by the victim G, the victim’s management was neglected; (b) placed the victim’s management at the display stand in the size of KRW 7,980; (c) placed the two B, 3,980 in the size of the market value of KRW 17,980; and the number of the figures of KRW 9,500 in the market value of KRW 35,460 in the sum of the two grades of the market value of KRW 35,460 in the total.

around 00:05 on October 8, 2014, the Defendant stolen 6, 700, 700 and 6 at the convenience store located in the victim Jin-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, and at other convenience stores located in the ice cream stuff located outside the 29,700 won at the market price of 29,700, 7, and 6 at night.

around 21:00 on August 7, 2014, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 78555,” had been placed in a test vinyl that prepared one of the 2,500 won of the market price displayed on the above cop, and stolen it.
