2. At around 19:08 on the same day, two external divers (38,300 won per opening) displayed at the display stand at the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, 1145-8, and Haart-gu, the victim corporation, etc., stolen goods worth KRW 476,600 in total in a manner of inserting them into and out of clothes.

[2014 Highest 881] On November 26, 2014, at around 17:56, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s e-art operated by the victim D in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City by using a gap in his employees’ surveillance negligence; (b) one frima in the market price of 5,100 won in the display stand; and (c) one frier in the market price of 1,950 won in the upper frier, and one frier in the market price of 1,950 won in the upper frier.

1. On August 28, 2014, around 18:00 on August 28, 2014, the Defendant intruded with the purpose of cutting small electronic and electronic equipment at Hart, which is a structure managed by the victim G, etc. in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu.

2. The Defendant: (a) committed theft with a single SamsungSD external hold in the amount of KRW 300,000,000 of the market price owned by the victim G, which was placed at the display stand at the store of the said 1st floor computer product, at the time set forth in paragraph (1).

[2015 Highest 2680] Around October 2013, the Defendant: (a) returned to the above store as if he purchased the goods; and (b) took advantage of the gap in the employees’ management neglected; (c) thereby cutting off one Samsung Traddrid amounting to approximately KRW 209,000 in the market price managed by K in the outer Tradrid display stand of the above store.
