Reasons
Criminal facts
1. Around March 5, 2018, at around 03:06, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged, and intruded upon, the use of a stringr prepared in advance at the entrance of a gas station office, which was corrected at the “E gas station” managed by the victim D (44 tax) located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) stolen, with cash equivalent to KRW 100,000,000 in cash stored in the Kabter’s depository and KRW 80-9,000 in the West.
2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On April 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 20:35 on April 1, 2018, up to the “H gas station” managed by the Victim G (53 tax) located in the Gyeonggi-siF, the Defendant: (b) opened and intruded an office entrance that was not corrected by using the locked office cresh in order to pay the freight onto the freight; and (c) stolen it with a simple safe of 150,000 won in cash, credit cards, storage keyss, etc. located therein.
B. On April 16, 2018, around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) opened an office entrance to which the victim was not corrected by using the string cresh in order to shift work at the K resting place managed by the victim J (35) of the victim J (35) located in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do; (b) opened the office entrance to which the victim was not corrected by using the creshing cresh in order to shift work; and (c) stolen it with a safe of KRW 3.3 million in cash located therein.

3. Larceny;
A.
