Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On November 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court, and on September 10, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Detention House.

1. On November 27, 2018, at around 11:00 on November 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the victim C was not corrected at the place; and (b) entered the inside the entrance; and (c) opened a door in which the victim was located on the part of the victim’s seat; (d) cut up one 300,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession; and (e) cut up a set of 10,000 won in total of the market value of KRW 90,00 in a set-off coophone, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 300,00 in market value.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
2. On November 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door from around 13:00 to around 17:00 of the end of November 2018, which was operated by the victim E on the first floor of the building D in the window of Changwon-si to the end of November, 2018; (b) entered the inside the entrance where the victim did not correct the string of the strings; and (c) carried one hand tag with which the market price is unknown, which is the cash owned by the victim, of KRW 150,000.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
3. On December 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 12:30 on December 3, 2018, around 2018, opened a door at the “O real estate operated by the victim G with the first floor of Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, which was operated by the victim G, and entered the inside of the entrance where the victim did not correct the string of the strings; (b) opened the strings on the strings with the strings; and (c) opened the 200,000 won gift certificates, cash 30,000 won gift certificates, cash 30,000 won gift certificates, five passbooks, credit cards 2, and one Handbling box at the market price of 500,000,000 won, which are owned by the victim.
