1. On December 26, 1991, the primary defendant approved the plan for the formation of a tourist destination with respect to B large 1,303.2 square meters in Asan-si, Asan-si.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Asan-si, Asan-si, on January 1, 1995, passed on to the Si from ASEAN-si.

The C Tourist Site located D and E (hereinafter referred to as the “instant tourist destination”) was designated and announced as a tourist destination in accordance with Article 23 of the former Tourism Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 4645 of Dec. 27, 1993) on November 14, 1989, after the daily price was designated and announced as a hot spring district pursuant to Article 3 of the former Hot Spring Act (wholly amended by Act No. 5121 of Dec. 30, 1995).

B. On December 26, 191, the plan to create a tourist destination for the development of the tourist destination of this case (hereinafter “instant creation plan”) was approved by the Minister of Construction and Transportation and publicly notified as Hasan-si around that time. The major contents are as follows.

The location and area of a tourism complex: The total project cost and financial resources of Do, E, one-day 84,000 square meters for a tourist complex: The investment period of which is KRW 396,363,00,000 in total project cost by a stock company (hereinafter referred to as the "non-party company"): the major facilities from 1992 to December 30, 2005: the major facilities (management office, roads, public parking lots, etc.) are 5 Dong, 88 Dong facilities for accommodation (tourist hotel, etc.): 198 Dong, 19 Dong, 5 Dong, sports and amusement facilities (general hot spring resort, etc.), 5 Dong, 5 Dong, other facilities (care village for the aged and oriental medical hospitals), green areas (Preservation green areas and landscaped green areas).

C. On April 1, 1992, the non-party company obtained permission to implement C development projects, such as civil engineering works, water supply works, and hot spring works, from Asan City to December 31, 1993, pursuant to Article 25 (2) of the former Tourism Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 4645 of Dec. 27, 1993) from Asan City, and completed the site development work on December 20, 1993.

The instant land is originally owned by J, the representative director of the non-party company, and according to the instant creation plan, the management office and bus terminal had a separate site at the time of the initial approval of the instant creation plan, but the instant creation plan was made on January 18, 1994.
