1. On August 21, 2019, the Defendant filed a claim for revocation of the dismissal of C teachers between the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s Intervenor (re-employment refusal).
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, at around 2011, was appointed as an assistant professor (exclusive of the non-retirement class) on March 1, 2013, and was reappointed at one year from March 1, 2015 (the last tenure: from March 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019) by the Plaintiff at D University, which was established and operated by the Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as “ Intervenor”), and was subject to a disposition of suspension of indictment from the local prosecutor’s office of government on June 14, 2018.
In other words, at around 04:00 on December 25, 2017, the Plaintiff continued to engage in sexual intercourse with the victim E (hereinafter “victim”) in the Plaintiff’s residence against the victim’s will, putting the victim’s shoulder in the room, putting the victim into the bed, putting the victim on the bed, putting the victim on the bed, putting the victim’s hand on the part on the part of the victim’s body, making it impossible for the victim to resist the victim’s walk on one bridge with either side of the victim’s left part, making it possible for the victim to walk on the part of the victim’s body. In the process, the Plaintiff tried to have sexual intercourse with the chest and her body while she frightd with the victim’s body, but tried to have sexual intercourse with the victim’s body while she frightd with the body, making it difficult for the victim to take approximately three weeks medical treatment. On August 14, 2018, the president of the D University related to disciplinary action is the case where the Plaintiff’s misconduct in this case violates teachers’ duty to maintain dignity and violates teachers’ duty to maintain dignity.
“In light of the foregoing, D University Teachers Disciplinary Committee requested disciplinary action.”
On October 4, 2018, the above teachers' disciplinary committee decided to take disciplinary action against the plaintiff in February of his salary reduction, and notified the plaintiff on the same day.

An intervenor who excluded from reappointment and dismissed his/her position shall be a D University after deliberation by the Teachers Personnel Committee.
