1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit, including those resulting from the participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the decision;

A. The Plaintiff is a school foundation operating the D University, and the Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as “ Intervenor”) was appointed as a full-time lecturer at D University on March 1, 2003, and was appointed as an associate professor on April 1, 2009, the associate professor on April 1, 2009, and the associate professor on April 1, 2015, respectively. The Plaintiff was appointed as a vice-president from August 22, 2014 to January 31, 2017, and from June 19, 2015 to the same year.

7. up to December, 2015, from October 2, 2015 to February 6, 2017, a person who performs a position of the president as an agent.

B. On January 17, 2018, the Plaintiff requested the Teachers Disciplinary Committee to take disciplinary action against the Intervenor. On March 9, 2018, the Teachers Disciplinary Committee decided to dismiss the Intervenor on the grounds of the following disciplinary action (hereinafter “the grounds for disciplinary action”) (hereinafter “instant No. -”), and on April 5, 2018, the Plaintiff issued a disposition of dismissal against the Intervenor (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

The decision of this case, which is deemed below, is not recognized as a ground for disciplinary action against the intervenor in the instant case.

On October 12, 2015 through February 6, 2017, 2000 won, total of 29 litigation costs, including “an appeal filed against provisional injunction against entry and exit,” which should be disbursed from the corporate accounting while performing the duties of the president of D University on behalf of the president of D University and performing the duties of personnel management of D University, administration, and school expenses accounting, were diverted from the school accounting of school expenses.

In recognition 1-2, 200, 200, 2000 won, 76,114,715 won, which was collected as D University with respect to the overdue wage in the oriental medical hospital, was designated as the bond attachment account on September 5, 2016 and did not take any measure even though it was possible to withdraw the amount of collection from the relevant account, and the time deposit was terminated.
