A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 1002"

1. Around 04:25 on January 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of the victim D at night; (b) committed a theft with a set of television equal to KRW 400,000 at the market price, which was owned by the victim D, in the English private teaching institute bus engineer of the English private teaching institute administered by the victim D, the victim D in Osan-si, Osan-si; and (c) obstructed the entrance by cutting the lock door, destroying the lock door into the waiting room; and (d) invaded into the waiting room;

2. On January 21, 2015, around 05:00 on January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had intruded the victim F of G in Osan-si into the church through the open entrance; and (b) has stolen two kimchi storage boxes from the victim’s kimchi cooling house to which the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, could not be known; and (c) had taken off two kimchi storage boxes from the victim’s kimchi cooling house.

3. At around 03:00 on March 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was in the office of K 401 managed by the victim I located in J in Sungsung-si on March 12, 2015; (b) one computer body, one monitor, one kid, and one mast, respectively, in a total amount of KRW 800,000 of the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located at the opening of the office.

1. On October 2014, the Defendant: (a) 23:00 on the first and second day of October 2014, the Defendant: (b) opened a locking device at the N Licensed Real Estate Agent Office’s entrance in Doang-si, Gyeonggi-si; and (c) invaded the office inside, thereby thefting the Victim L with a coffee of 20,000 won at the victim’s market price.

2. At night, at around 24:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victimO, by putting in hand the door of Q&O operated by the victimO who had P in Manan-gu P in Gyeonggi-do, into his hand; (b) opened a gold collection device and intrude into the office; and (c) stolen money, which is 50,000 won, owned by the victim and was located on his/her book.
