On August 22, 2012, A was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on August 22, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on November 4, 2012.

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On August 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 100,00 from E, from 04:0 to 04:0, 602, from Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to G via F, 100,000, and Mesopha Mesopha (hereinafter “philophone”) with approximately 2.4g of psychotropic drugs.

(2) On October 19, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2.8 million in the vicinity of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H, and approximately KRW 10g of philophones.

(3) Around 17:00 on October 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sold 0.6 gramphones in the mutual influenite telecom near the street of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) received KRW 500,00 from F; and (c) sold 0.6 gramphones.

B. At around 22:00 on November 201, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.2 gramopon from the K Epik room located in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and accepted L with approximately 0.2 gramopon.

(2) On October 25, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 ghonphones from Nurur 307 in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and from B.

C. (1) On August 2013, the Defendant: (a) 18:00 to the early 18:00 Seocho-gu Incheon Otel 210; (b) 0.1g of philophones were put into a single-use injection machine; and (c) melted into water and injected into the following arms.

(2) On October 25, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant injected 307 Nururher in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City M, and approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, melting them into water, and injected them into the following arms.

(3) On October 26, 2013, around 05:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the following arms.

(4) On October 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:25 on October 26, 201, approximately 0.0 philopphones from the mutual unfold telephones located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
