Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

One stones (Evidence No. 1), one disposable vinyl (Evidence No. 2), one pair of disposable vinyl, which has been seized.

Punishment of the crime

From around September 2013, the Defendant, while living together with a female-friendly ward, retired from the school and appropriated living expenses due to retirement allowances, loans, etc., and had been committed on September 2015, 2015, for more difficult to appropriate living expenses.

On September 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) put up excessive materials (24 cm in total length, 13.5 cm) prepared in advance at around 15:30 on September 30, 2015 (24 cm in a bank and 13.5 cm in Vinsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu; (b) coloring the upper point of the object of crime; (c) Ham Exchange operated by the victim G (60 years) on the second floor of the building in front of the building in Ulsan-gu, and entered the said exchange into the said exchange, with the victim while doing so as to purchase precious metals; and (d) opened a dialogue with the victim; and (e) opened a stone dried (15 cm, 7 cm in length) set up outside of the said building and set up on the floor; and (e) opened the said exchange without cutting it up on the door.

After confirming the existence of the victim in the above Exchange, the Defendant requested the victim to prepare a quotation while having the victim purchase precious metal, and the victim so requested the victim to do so. In order to prepare a quotation, the Defendant was able to take the head and take the straw with the above stud, and the string part of the studs of the victim was cut off once, and the victim was forced to withdraw money and valuables. However, the victim was able to escape from the above office without cutting the studs.

As a result, the Defendant tried to take property from the victim by force, but did so in attempted attempts, and inflicted injury on the victim, such as brain-dead sugar and open wound of the head part requiring treatment for about two weeks.
