Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who served as a daily worker in the third secretary general who is operated by the injured party, and the victim B (the remaining and 61 years old) is a C operator.
