Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2016, at around 23:10 on August 24, 2016, the Defendant threatened the victim D (n, 32 years of age) and drinking between his house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, with excessive kitchen (14.5cm in blade length, 26.5cm in total length) that had been in the kitchen while disputing the problem of drinking and drinking.

In this respect, the defendant carried a dangerous article and threatened the victim.
