A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a rocketing siren vehicle;

On April 2, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 01:40, and driven the front road of 562-3, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, along two-lanes from the distance of the bamboo thicker, to the distance of the forest construction.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving duties of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to check the safety of the course and drive the motor vehicle in good faith.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by negligence, driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol while normal operation is difficult, shocked the rear part of the Done Star vehicle driven by the victim C, who was parked in order to receive the signal in front of the above vehicle, and due to the shock, caused the above Lone Star vehicle to shock the front part of the above Lone Star vehicle while being pushed in front of the above vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant was negligent in driving the said rocketing vehicle under the influence of alcohol, thereby resulting in injury to the victim C and E, such as crypt salt, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment. The Defendant sustained injury to the victim G who was on board the said rocketing vehicle for about four weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around 01:40 on April 2, 2013, the Defendant driven the above B rocketing vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.174% from the 1km section from the front apartment of the Dong-dong apartment located in the Namdong-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City to the front road of the same Do Do 562-3 Do Do Do dong-dong.
