Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On January 13, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million by the Seoul Southern District Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving).
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and the Defendant is engaged in driving of B Costaex vehicles.
On March 14, 2011, at around 23:50, the Defendant driving the said vehicle as a business under the influence of alcohol of 0.171% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.171%, and driving the said vehicle along the two-lanes toward the side of the art center in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
