A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 14, 2018, the Defendant damaged property: (a) around 06:15, on the ground that the victim C was not the victim himself/herself at his/her permanent residence, the victim was suffering from an influence of the market price owned by the victim; and (b) continuously damaged three copies of the free will of the victim due to the market price by an influence of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

2. In around 06:40 on April 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received 112 of the case of causing property damage in the area near the Namcheon-dong of permanent residence and received 112 report; and (b) expressed the victim’s desire to present his/her identification card from the DNA District of the Permanent Police Station, which was called out by the victim E (the age of 46) and tried to flee to the road immediately after having the victim expressed his/her face on one occasion; and (c) the victim attempted to flee to the road on one occasion due to the defective body of the victim who attempted to restrain the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers regarding the processing of 112 Reports, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment.
