A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2014, at around 23:43 permanent residence, the Defendant driven CM7 car in the state of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of 0.154% from the 500-meter section, from the roads prior to the Kacheon-dong Sin-si Sin-si Sinsi to the roads prior to the same Namsan CM7 vehicle.
