A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall pay the petitioner D medical expenses of KRW 1,146,030.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 5, 2018, at around 23:20, the Defendant ordered “G” main points operated by the Victim F (F. 63 years old) on the 1st underground floor of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu, the Defendant ordered alcoholic beverages as if the Defendant would normally pay the price despite having no intent or ability to pay the price even if the Defendant received alcoholic beverages, etc. from the injured party.

The Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) provided the victim with alcohol equivalent to the total market value of KRW 400,000,000, namely, to the 350,000,000, from the victim’s seat; (c) had been provided with alcoholic beverages equivalent to the total market value of KRW 400,00,00.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. Special intimidation;

A. B. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim D on April 20, 2018 at the first floor above I around 15:00, and without any reason, to the victim D (66 years of age) who is a managing director at the place.
