Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On June 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special assault, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul Central District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on November 8, 2017 at the Seoul Detention Center.

[2018 Highest 4542] On August 10, 2018, the Defendant, at the apartment house of the Defendant located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan Highest 23:00, caused the Defendant to inflict an injury on the Defendant, such as the head, snow, and arms of the Victim F (the age of 60) by gathering the enormous water (the length of approximately 8cm, approximately 150cm), which is a dangerous object, without any justifiable reason, and by gathering the head, eye, and arms of the Victim F (the age of 60).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
