Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding the fact that a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance cannot be operated on the road, the Defendant owned a motor vehicle BF II and operated the motor vehicle without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy for the motor vehicle on February 11, 2014 after the expiration of the mandatory insurance coverage period for the motor vehicle on January 25, 2009, from September 16, 2010 to September 15:03, 2010 to October 13:48, 2012 from the time the vehicle was exposed to the Busan BF, located in the front of the gas station in the city of Yangsan-si, the vehicle was operated without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy for the motor vehicle on a total of 14 meters as shown in the following table until it is discovered as a 10-meter unmanned control camera at the front of the gas station in the city of Yangsan-si.
