A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2012, the Defendant, at the Busan District Court, was sentenced to three years and six months of suspension of execution on the grounds of a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, etc., and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on January 5, 2013 and is currently in the grace period.
