Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

1. On February 22, 201, at around 05:28, the Defendant operated a gallon, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads of Busan Construction Materials in front of the commercial building located in the Busan Building Materials Center, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, the Defendant operated a gallon.

2. On March 4, 201, at around 05:24, the Defendant operated the said van, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the commercial building.

3. On April 10, 2011, the Defendant operated the said van, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, from the 1116-14 Kupo-dong, Northern-dong, Busan Metropolitan City on April 11, 201.

4. On April 19, 201, the Defendant operated the said van, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, from the distance of Gopool on April 10, 201.

5. On May 3, 201, at around 04:20 on May 3, 201, the Defendant operated the said van which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the commercial building.

6. On May 19, 201, at around 04:18, the Defendant operated the said van, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the commercial building.

7. On May 24, 201, at around 04:18, the Defendant operated the said van, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the commercial building.

10. On August 14, 2011, at around 12:10, the Defendant operated the above van, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the 38 gold lamps, Dong-dong, Busan Simpo-dong.

11. On April 10, 2012, the Defendant operated the said passenger vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the elementary school in the Dong-si, Yangsan-si.

12. On June 18, 2013, the Defendant, at around 11:41, was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road front of the Central Down-dong, 434-13 Monopo-dong, Busan.
