A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operated “C Gameland” on the first floor of the building located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun.

No one shall provide for the distribution or use of, or display or keep for, a game product which has not been rated by a meeting of the game water grade members, or exchange, arrange for exchange, exchange, or repurchase any tangible or intangible result obtained through the use of the game product, or engage in a business of purchasing such result, or engage in a business of speculative acts by using slot machines or speculative gaming machines, other than speculative business.

Nevertheless, from December 11, 2015 to December 18:10, 2015, the Defendant installed 40 game products in the above game site, and provided 40 game products for customers, which are speculative gaming machines not classified by a meeting of the game water rating members, and paid points obtained by customers through the use of the above game products in cash after deducting 5% of points obtained through the use of the game products as money exchange commission.

As a result, the defendant provided the game water that was not rated, exchanged the results obtained through the use of the game water, and operated the speculative act by using the speculative gaming machine as a business.
