1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding two million won;

Punishment of the crime

B From September 30, 2015, from around the fourth floor of the building located in the Cheongju-si, the proprietor operating a game room without any trade name, D from October 1, 2015, the Defendant, E, and F from October 2, 2015, they are employees who cleaning and heart in the above game room from around October 2, 2015.

No one shall provide for the distribution or use of, or display or store, any game product which has not been rated by a game water grade member's meeting, nor exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase of, or purchase of, such tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of a game product, or conduct any speculative business using any electricity or speculative gaming machine other than speculative business.

Nevertheless, around October 2, 2015, B, D, Defendant, E, and F operated the above game room in a way that they corrected the entrance and contact with the above game room in a mobile phone and confirmed the face with CCTV by only those customers who found it, and provided them with the above game room in order to enter and leave the said game room, they set up 20 sea of the credit in which the game was installed with a speculative machine that was not classified by the Association of the Game Water Rating Board members, 30 scenic islands, 50 bilateral rivers, and provide customers with the points obtained through the use of the above game product, and pay them in cash after deducting 10% of the points obtained by them as money exchange commission.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, D, E, and F, B from September 30, 2015 to October 2, 2015, D from October 1, 2015 to October 2, 2015, Defendant, E, and F provided game water which were not rated around October 2, 2015, and exchanged results obtained through the use of game water, and conducted speculative activities using speculative gaming machines as a business.
