Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. While Defendant A had had a sexual intercourse with Defendant B for about one year prior to his husband D, and had a sexual intercourse several times, Defendant B had a sexual intercourse with Defendant B while maintaining an internal relationship by hiding such fact, on July 24, 2014, at the mother telecom near Kim Jong-si around Kim Jong-si, and had a sexual intercourse under the mutual agreement with Defendant B, who had been suspected of having been inside the same her mother line. Defendant B, who had been suspected of having been inside the same day of the same day, had a sexual intercourse with Defendant A. 2.
