Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person shall arrange the purchase of child or juvenile sex or provide brokerage information in an information and communications network for doing business, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
From February 3, 2018 to April 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) leased the Daegu-gu building Category C, D, and the former E building C, and the former F building G (from October 3, 2018 to March 1, 2019) to operate “H” in the trade name of “H”; (b) was a child or juvenile, (c) from around 17 to 18 years old; (d) from around 30, 2018 to around 28, 2019, the Defendant received the said employment of 16 years old, wedding L, and from early February 2, 2018 to around 21, 2018 to report the similarity between male and female workers, and (e) reported the similarity of the said “my female entertainment sites,” and (e) reported the similarity between “my female workers,” and “my female workers,” as the name of “H,” and (e) reported to the said “my female entertainment sites,”.
As a result, the defendant, for business purposes, assisted the purchase of child and juvenile sex.
2. No person who violates the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. due to the "business of arranging sexual traffic" shall arrange to allow an unspecified person to engage in sexual intercourse, such as sexual intercourse or an instrument using a part of the body, such as the mouth and anus, or to become the other party to sexual intercourse, in return for giving or receiving any money, valuables or other benefits from such unspecified person;
A. From August 10, 2017 to May 7, 2019, the Defendant, as a result of the operation of the key bank “H”, operated “H” with the trade name of “H” in the Daegu Southern-gu building C, subparagraph D, the same building C, and the same Gu building G (from October 3, 2018 to March 1, 2019) of the former F building G, while operating the “H” with the trade name of “H,” respectively, for a different period of time.
