Punishment of the crime

From March 26, 2018 to August 2018, Defendants leased 4 studio in Daegu-gu D, Daegu-gu, from August 2018 to March 4, 2019, the Defendants operated the so-called so-called “kud bank” under the trade name of “L” and “M”, with the name of “L” and “N” of the Daegu-gu D D, Daegu-gu, F buildings G, H buildings I, and J buildings from August 2018 to March 4, 2019, provided that many unspecified male customers and employees, who have contacted with the advertisements posted on “N”, engaged in similarity with the advertisements, and arranged commercial sex acts by means of carrying out 20,000 won out of the commercial sex acts.

1. From October 2018 to March 4, 2019, Defendants of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., brokerage, etc.) employed juvenile O (from February 8, 2019 to March 4, 2019), Q (i.e., 18 years of age, real name R, and real name R, i.e., from October 2018 to early February 2019), and (ii) directed many unspecified male customers who reported “N” advertisement to the above studio, and (iii) led the said juveniles to have their body parts, such as male and female kis, and to sexual intercourse with them by having them scam and scambling their sexual organ with their descendants.

As a result, Defendants conspired in collusion to arrange the purchase of sex of children and juveniles for business.

2. From March 26, 2018 to March 4, 2019, Defendants in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts (i.e., arranging commercial sex acts) operated the said “kiscing” as seen above, (i) provided a large number of unspecified male customers who had employed sex trafficking women, S, T, U, etc., and reported and contacted “N” advertisements to the said studio, and (ii) provided the said women with the said sex trafficking with the male customers, and (iii) provided the said women with the physical parts of their chests, etc., and (iv) provided the similarity by having them look into the sexual organ of the men by hand.
