1. The registration procedure for the transfer of ownership to Defendant T and U among the part against Defendant A, W, X, and Y of the judgment of the first instance court.

1. Basic facts

A. The current status of the Plaintiff’s possession of the instant Bara is the Plaintiff’s ownership transfer registration as to the 103.5/736 shares in the building attached to the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Zbu (hereinafter “instant site”); Plaintiff B’s 105 shares in the attached building list of the building on the ground (hereinafter “instant site”); Plaintiff C’s 106 shares in the above Bara 106; Plaintiff C’s 203 shares in the above Bara 301 shares in the above Bara 301; Plaintiff A, Defendant G, K, N, Q, and Q (hereinafter “instant exchange”) among the shares of 33.5/736 shares in the above Bara AB-351.4 shares in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AB-30 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. AC shared shares of 232.7/736 shares, AD, AE, AF, AH, AH, and AI (hereinafter “AD et al.”) in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government BX (hereinafter “the instant land before the instant land substitution”) adjacent to each other, including the details of the new construction, the section for exclusive use, the site ownership, and the ownership change of the land subject to the exchange.

(2) The remaining co-owners, except AC, newly built a Ba on the land prior to the instant replotting and completed February 16, 1983. Meanwhile, the land prior to the instant replotting was replaced by the instant site and the land exchanged on July 8, 1983 due to the division and rearrangement. After the replotting, the land was located on the instant land, which was the Bara, and the land subject to the instant exchange was located at a place far away from the instant Bara.

(3) As regards the instant land and the land to be exchanged, AC shared 232.7/736 shares, AD, AE, AF, AG, AH, and AI shares a total of 503.3/736 shares. At the same time, AD and 5 others completed the registration of ownership transfer for the first buyer after completing the registration of ownership transfer in their names on March 8, 1983, such as the entry in the [Attachment 1] after the completion of the registration of ownership transfer in their names, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed for the instant land and the land to be exchanged, such as the contents of the instant land and the land to be exchanged.
