Defendant R and S shall make October 13, 1991 with respect to shares of 1/4 among the lands listed in paragraph 1 of the Schedule of Attached Site to Plaintiff A.
Reasons
1. Determination as to Plaintiff A’s respective claims against Defendant R and S, and the claim against Plaintiff C against Defendant M

A. The basic facts [the current status of the Plaintiff's possession of the instant Ba] Plaintiff 103, 105, 105, 106, 203, 206, 206, 206, 201, 301, 33.5/736 shares in the attached building list (hereinafter referred to as "land subject to exchange") located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Z, 764.9 square meters (hereinafter referred to as "the instant land"), Plaintiff 2, 301, 33.5/736 shares in the attached building list (hereinafter referred to as "land subject to exchange"), Plaintiff 2, 3.5/76 shares in Plaintiff Dara 106, Dara 206, Dara 206, and Dara 301, Dara 301, and Plaintiff 2, respectively.
[1] With respect to the instant land and the land to be exchanged, AC shared the shares of 232.7/7/76, AD, AE, AF, AG, AH, and AI (hereinafter “AD et al.”) in total 503.3/736 shares.
On March 8, 1983, after constructing AD and five other loans on the instant site, the first buyer completed the registration of ownership transfer on his own name on March 8, 1983 as indicated in Table 1 below. The registration of ownership transfer for the land to be exchanged in the name of the first buyer from AD and five other buyers, such as the items of the land to be exchanged in the following table 1, was completed, and thereafter the registration of ownership transfer was made in order of the registration of the land to be exchanged in the name of the first buyer.
