A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

From December 14, 2006 to December 31, 2009, the Defendant notified that no product has been purchased by another insurance company while purchasing 13 insurance policies that pay daily premiums for hospitalization to insurance companies, such as Gyeyang Life, etc. In particular, from September 14, 2009 to December 31, 2009, the Defendant provided that 10 insurance policies are concentrated between September 14, 2009 and December 31, 2009, and paid KRW 520,000 per day of hospitalization.

Although the Defendant was able to provide medical care because of low resistance to the extent of being unable to cope with pain treatment, or because of constant observation of medical professionals, medication treatment, and water intake due to drug side effects, etc., the Defendant had been hospitalized more than the necessary number of days, such as patients requiring hospitalization, and issued a written confirmation of hospitalization, and intended to claim insurance proceeds from each insurance company of the victimized persons. On January 15, 2010, the Defendant received a diagnosis of “other correspondence” from D hospitals located in Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si, Gun, for 21 days from the time of being hospitalized until February 4, 2010, and received total insurance proceeds from 30 days from the time of hospitalization to 30 days from February 22, 2010, and received total insurance proceeds from 30 days from 70 days from the date of hospitalization to 40 days from the date of 70 days from the date of 200 insurance company’s account.
