around 21:45 on June 24, 2014, the Defendant, “204,” took the same attitude that the Defendant would pay food to the victim under the jurisdiction of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, in the absence of the intent or ability to pay the food cost to the victim, and ordered the drinking and food.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, obtained a total sum of 19,00 won from the victim, and acquired two bottles from the victim.

around 13:00 on August 3, 2014, the Defendant ordered food to the victim at the “O” restaurant operated by the victim N in Ulsan-gu M.

However, the defendant did not have any means of payment and did not have an intention or ability to pay the price even if he orders food from the victim.
