Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 48,200,00.

around 22:00 on January 20, 2015, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and food, such as skin, while doing so as to pay the price.

However, the defendant did not have money, and there was no particular income or assets, and even if he received food and alcoholic beverages from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the money.

The Defendant is the victim as above.
