Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny at night, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on the following grounds: (a) on April 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at night; and (b) on June 29, 2016, the sentence of the suspension of execution became effective upon the said judgment became final and conclusive; and (c) on May 19, 2017, the execution of the final sentence was completed in Daejeon Prison.

On July 4, 2019, around 05:35, the Defendant: (a) completed the business of the Victim E at a G cafeteria located in Daejeon F, and opened a cafeteria which was not corrected between the leaving the cafeteria and intruded into it; (b) subsequently, the Defendant stolen KRW 467,00,000, which is the cash owned by the victim in the G cafeteria F.

2. On July 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim H by taking out KRW 415,000 in cash in the PC room managed by the victim H, an employee, from the JPC room located in Daejeon Sung-gu I; (b) around July 22:52, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s PC room.

3. On July 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the Victim K, taking out KRW 300,000 in cash located in the carter managed by the victim by the victim K, an employee, from the MPC L L, Daejeon U.S., at around 01:27, 201.

4. On August 2, 2019, the Defendant, at around 04:55, was negligent in managing the victim N, an employee of the second floor of the Daejeon U.S. O. building as another job.
