[2018 Highest 2098] On April 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) held a cash withdrawal machine set up in the calculation unit by the victim F, an employee, at the D subway Station located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, as his/her hand, using the strings; and (b) held a cash withdrawal machine in the calculation unit by the victim F, who was in the said place, as his/her hand, at the D subway Station located in the Busan, Jin-gu, Busan; and (c) held it out to the end

1. On April 26, 2018, at the office of “H gas station” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, the Defendant: (a) opened a credit cooperative using keys on the credit cooperative’s office by using the gap in which the victim I, an employee, was in a locked place; and (b) took up cash 105,000 won and one head of the gift coupon for the share of KRW 50,000.

2. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) taken off cash of KRW 94,000 in the head of the victim L, who is the owner of the business, at the “K, located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan CityJ on May 26, 2018, using the gap in which the victim L, which is the owner of the business, is a locking place; and (b) 94,000 won in cash

3. On May 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from “N clothing point located in Busan-gu Man on May 29, 2018 in Busan-gu, the Defendant: (b) taken off 630,000 won in cash in the U.S. heading below the seat of the victim, who is an employee, by taking advantage of the gap in which the victim’s spawn is locked.
