The defendant shall pay 700,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 11, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant,” and the Plaintiff shall seek payment of damages for delay from the day after the copy of the complaint was served on the first date for pleading.”
