1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,047,250 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 25, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

(4) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff,” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant,” and the damages for delay shall be made at the first day of pleading by correcting that “the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the original copy of the payment order was served to the day of full payment.”
